Why we process information
The SRLOG operator processes information only as needed for the following purposes:
- Account registration, sign-in, and linked-account management
- Telemetry upload, storage, analysis, comparison, and sharing
- AI-assisted analysis and responses requested by users
- SRLOG Desktop connection, uploads, and error support
- Customer support, service reliability, and product improvement
- Fraud, abuse, and duplicate free-benefit prevention
Information we process
Account and profile information
- Account identifier, email address, and encrypted password
- Nickname, profile image, and profile details you provide
- Identifiers and public profile details from Google, iRacing, Steam, or other accounts you choose to link
Service information
- Original telemetry uploads and generated lap, corner, and analysis data
- Telemetry visibility, Driver Notes, AI questions, and generated responses
- SRLOG Desktop diagnostics and sanitized error logs you submit
Automatically generated or collected information
- IP address, cookies, session identifiers, and anonymous visit identifiers
- Signals derived from browser, operating system, screen, and device characteristics
- Referral source, pages viewed, feature usage, access logs, and error records
How long we keep information
SRLOG retains information for as long as it is needed for each processing purpose.
- Account and profile information: until account deletion
- Access, usage, and support records: as needed for operations, security, disputes, and legal obligations
- Abuse-prevention identifiers: as needed to prevent repeated signups and benefit circumvention
- Original telemetry: while needed to reproduce analysis, recover processing errors, and improve analysis quality
Deleting an account removes service data linked to that account, but original telemetry uploads may remain after deletion for the purposes described above. Information that must be retained by law may be stored separately for the required period.
Telemetry visibility and sharing
Telemetry may be public, private, or available through a shared link depending on the visibility selected by the user. A public or shared session may display a nickname, car, track, lap time, and driving data.
You can change visibility where the service provides that control. Anyone who receives a sharing link may be able to access the linked session.
Processors and external services
SRLOG uses the following services to operate the product:
- Google Cloud Platform: hosting, database, and file storage
- OpenAI API: AI analysis and responses requested by users
- Resend: verification and account-related email delivery
- PostHog: product analytics for users who consent
Information may be processed on a provider's infrastructure outside Korea. SRLOG limits processing to what is needed for the stated service purpose.
Disclosure to third parties
SRLOG does not sell personal information and does not disclose it to third parties except when:
- You have provided prior consent
- Disclosure is required by a valid legal request
- It is urgently necessary to protect a person's life, safety, or rights
Cookies and analytics
Cookies and similar technologies needed for sign-in, security, uploads, and abuse prevention are used to operate the service. Visit and feature-usage records and browser-derived signals may also be processed for operations and abuse prevention.
Additional product analytics through PostHog is enabled only when you allow all cookies. Blocking cookies in your browser may prevent some features from working correctly.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your information. Account and telemetry controls are available in the service, and additional requests can be sent by email.
A request may be limited where retention is legally required or necessary to protect another person's rights. We will explain the reason when a request cannot be completed.
Deletion and security
When information is no longer needed for its retention purpose, we delete it using methods intended to prevent recovery or process it so that individuals can no longer be identified. Information retained separately for legal reasons is kept apart from active service data.
SRLOG uses safeguards appropriate to the service and processing risk, including access restrictions, protected data transmission, credential protection, and access and error logging.
Children
SRLOG is not directed to children who cannot independently consent to data processing under applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information without the required consent.
