Using SRLOG
SRLOG provides sim racing telemetry analysis, session organization, and AI-assisted coaching tools. By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must create an account to access core features, and you are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account.
- Do not share your account with other people.
- Suspicious or abusive activity may lead to temporary or permanent restrictions.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may delete your account and sign up again later, but free trials, promotional credits, or other free benefits may be limited per user rather than per account.
Free benefits and usage limits
SRLOG may offer free usage quotas or promotional benefits to help users evaluate the service. The exact scope and limits may change based on operating policy.
- Free benefits may be limited to one use, or a limited number of uses, per person.
- We may use linked accounts, device or browser signals, cookies, and network information to prevent abuse.
- Requests, token usage, and AI feature usage may be rate-limited to protect service quality.
- Repeated signups, circumvention attempts, or automated abuse may lead to feature or account restrictions.
Your data and content
Telemetry data you upload remains yours. SRLOG uses it only to operate, improve, and support the product.
We may use aggregated or anonymized data to improve analytics and AI features, but we do not intentionally include directly identifying personal information in those datasets.
Prohibited conduct
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Interfering with normal service operations.
- Collecting or using another user's information without permission.
- Impersonation, fraud, or the distribution of false information.
- Unauthorized scraping, automation, or bulk access using scripts or bots.
- Violating intellectual property or other third-party rights.
- Attempting to bypass free benefit limits by repeated signups, account sharing, or account transfer.
Service changes and downtime
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service when necessary. Where a material change significantly affects users, we will try to provide reasonable notice.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRLOG limits liability for damages arising from your use of the service.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.
Termination
You may stop using SRLOG at any time by deleting your account.
We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if these terms are violated or if abuse is detected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Updated terms take effect upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
